Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the meeting minutes from November 15, 2022.
Question of approving the proclamation recognizing Small Business Saturday on November 26, 2022.
Question of approving the MWRA Infiltration and Inflow (I/I) Finical Assistance and Loan Agreement package and authorize the Town Administrator and Finance Director to sign and execute on behalf of the Town. A total financial assistance amount of $2,229,000.00 of which $1,671,750.00 shall be in the form of a grant and $557,250.00 shall be represented by the Loan Agreement.

NEWBURY PROPERTY DISCUSSION
Discussion on the proposed short term usage of the Newbury property and a possible vote on the charge for the Newbury Planning committee.
