4:00 PM Select Board to announce recent and/or upcoming Events of Community Interest.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.
Up to fifteen minutes for public comment shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Approval of miscellaneous items, licenses, vouchers, and contracts.
3.A. Question of approving the meeting minutes from November 29, 2022.
3.B. Question of approving the authorization to hire request for a Junior Civil Engineer (EN-3) in the Engineering and Transportation Division of the Department of Public Works
3.C. Question of approving the authorization to hire request for the vacant Senior Housing Planner (T-09) in the Planning/Housing Division of the Planning and Community Development Department.
3.D. Question of accepting the following four (4) donations in the total amount of $3,100.00 for the Recreation Therapy program:

3.F. Question of approving the proposed contract Amendment #9, with Leftfield, LLC in the amount of $852.50, for printing of bid documents for terrazzo floor change.
3.G Question of approving the proposed Change Order #16, with Gilbane Building Company in the amount of $7,473.00 for various scope changes as described in the attachment
3.H Question of approving proposed Change Order #17, with Gilbane Building Company in the amount of $59,562.00 for Eversource conduit re-work and changes to light fixtures
