1.   Approval of the minutes of September 29, 2022, October 24, 2022, and November 28, 2022.

2.   Public Comment.  Comments will also be taken after each agenda item, limited to that item. Comments limited to two minutes per speaker.

3.   Follow-up on status of changes to complaint policy as approved November 28.  Paul Campbell, Michael Downey.

4.    Report on Civilian Feedback Survey responses received since last meeting; follow-up on discussion of origin and purposes of survey, and how to spread information about availability of survey.  

5.  Working Group on Equipment violation policy and postcard notice: Paul Yee

6.  Working Groups reviewing sections of BPD policy manual:

      -- Karen Ambrose/ Ron Wilkinson:  Responding to Individuals with Mental Illness

      -- Kristan Singleton/ Kimberley Richardson:  Juvenile Operations

      -- Paul Yee/ Scott Ananian:  Investigatory Stop and Frisk/ Threshold Inquiry

7.  Annual report: when can we expect report, and date for our public hearing?  March 27, 2023?
