7:15 pm Review, discuss and possibly vote on WA 1: To see if the Town will vote to enact Chapter ___ of the Town of Brookline’s General Bylaws, entitled “Specialized Energy Code” for the purpose of regulating the design and construction of buildings for the effective use of energy and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, pursuant to the entirety of 225 CMR 22 and 23 including Appendices RC and CC, including future editions, amendments or modifications thereto, with an effective date of ___________, a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk, or take any other action relative thereto.
7:45 pm Review, discuss, and possibly vote on Warrant Article 2: To see if the Town will accept the provisions of M.G.L. c. 53, s. 18B pertaining to information relating to local ballot questions. (Select Board)

The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting.
Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record. Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
