3. HARVARD STREET STUDY/MBTA COMMUNITIES COMPLIANCE: Senior Planner Maria Morelli will give an update on a Harvard Street study identifying ways to lift barriers to multifamily/mixed-use development in the short-term, including how the MBTA Communities mandate may dovetail with the study's recommendations. Discussion and possible vote to recommend Harvard Street as an MBTA Communities district.
