Administrative Item: The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a virtual public meeting on a request for an insubstantial change pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05 (11) to a Comprehensive Permit (dated 10/24/2018) submitted by Chestnut Hill, LLC in accordance with M.G.L c.40B on the approval to construct 250 units of rental housing and 377 parking spaces on a portion of Hancock Village.
Specifically, the Applicant requests 1) a change to a single condition of the Comprehensive Permit as to hours of construction and 2) an accompanying waiver of Art. 8.15 of the Town of Brookline’s Bylaw, the Brookline Noise Control Bylaw.
