Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of accepting a gift in the amount of $297,170 from Chestnut Hill Realty to match Town Funding for improvements to the Baker School Tennis Courts, access to D.Blakely Hoar Sanctuary and abutting pathway/stairs and to approve and sign the accompanying Access and Release agreement that establishes the terms by which the Town and its contractor may complete the construction and access the project area via Chestnut Hill Realty owned property.
