Question of approving the application of a Common Victualler for Xi Wen Xu (Tracy) d/b/a Baby Café Hong Kong Bistro at 1066 Beacon Street. Hours of operation will be Monday – Sunday, 8:00 am -12:00 am. Seating will consist of 49 inside seats and an outside patio of 10.

- Amend Article 4.08 of the Town’s Zoning By-Laws (Inclusionary Zoning) to lower the threshold for developer Housing Trust contributions
