HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD HOUSING TRUST FUND RECOMMENDATION

 

 

 

 

Question of approving a recommendation by the Housing Advisory Board for a final commitment of up to $6.525 million to the Brookline Housing Authority for the proposed 115-unit affordable housing project at 32 Marion Street.  Half of this commitment shall be fulfilled through funds previously received from Welltower, Inc., while the remaining commitment shall be made from uncommitted funds available through the Brookline Affordable Housing Trust.
