1.   Approval of the minutes of April 24, 2023.

2.   Public Comment.  Comments will also be taken after each agenda item, limited to that item. Comments limited to two minutes per speaker.  Public attendees may also submit statements or documents by email to Sarah Kaplan, and are urged not to use comment time to read such materials aloud.   

3.   Proposed changes to policy manual regarding Responding to Individuals with Mental Illness – Ron Wilkinson and Karen Ambrose.             

4.   Report on Civilian Feedback Survey responses received since last meeting.  

5.   “Letter of Good Conduct” – What is it, what criteria are used?  (Paul Campell?)

6.  Other working group reports:

Working Group on equipment violation policy and postcard notice: Paul Yee

Juvenile Operations:  Kristan Singleton/ Kimberley Richardson

Investigatory Stop and Frisk/ Threshold Inquiry:  Paul Yee/ Scott Ananian

7.  Future meeting dates and in person or hybrid.

Last Mondays would be 6/26, 7/24, 8/28.  Do we alter for summer?
