Public Comment period for residents who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of accepting a donation in the amount of $500.00 from RPI Station Street LLC for the Brookline Commission for the Arts public art maintenance fund.

Question of approving a Temporary All Alcohol Beverages Sales License to Karen Hasenfus d/b/a The Larz Anderson Auto Museum for an Annual Car Club Dinner to be held on June 21, 2023 from 5:00PM – 10:00PM at 15 Newton Street. 100 people expected to attend

MBTA-CA OPTICOS PRESENTATION

 

 

 

 

Opticos Design, consultant on the Harvard Street MBTA-CA zoning proposal, will give a presentation on (1) form-based zoning, how it is applied, and examples of their work; (2) project overview and goals; and (3) review of the consultant’s community engagement approach and timeline

Further review and possible reconsideration/vote on the Warrant Articles for the 2023 Annual Town Meeting including but not limited to:


Warrant Article 2 - Collective Bargaining

Warrant Article 7 - Annual (FY24) Budget Appropriations Article

Warrant Article 15 - Amend Article 5.9 of the Town’s General By-Laws to clarify and update votes previously taken regarding the Stretch Code and Specialized Energy Code, and add fossil fuel free restrictions in accordance with the MA DOER Demonstration Project
