Question of executing the Warrant for the November 14, 2023 Fall Special Town Meeting.

 

 

 

 

Question of calling a Special Town Meeting within the Fall Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, November 14 2023, and executing the warrant.

 

 

 

 

Discussion and possible vote to call a Third Special Town Meeting, to be held during the Special Town Meeting currently called for November 14, 2023, for the purposes of bringing forth a Warrant Article that contains the same language as the Select Board’s Warrant Article 3 of the regular Special Town Meeting, except that it would mandate ground-floor commercial use in all HS- districts.
