The MBTACA Ad Hoc Subcommittee of the Advisory Committee will hold a public planning meeting on Tuesday, September 26, at 6:30 p.m. for a preliminary discussion of WA 3,4,5 and STM 4 Article 1.

This meeting is a public meeting and public comment will be taken at the discretion of the Chair. The subcommittee also welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the subcommittee if they are sent to the subcommittee chair and/or [email protected] no later than 12:00 noon one day prior to meeting.
Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record.
Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public hearing. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
