Question of approving the authorization to hire request for a Senior Office Assistant (C5) in the Administration Division of the Department of Public Works.
Question of approving the updated Pierce School Building Committee membership.
Question of awarding and executing PW 23-30 Amendment No. 1 Skyline Park Synthetic Turf for costs associated with the dumpster and disposal fees, procurement and installation of rugby lines on the field as well as the installation of additional infill with GeoSurfaces Southeast Inc in the amount of $17,285.
Question of approving the transformer license agreement for the Webster Street Parking Lot.
Question of accepting a donation in the amount of $80.00 from Mistral Music, Inc. to support the Brookline Commission for the Arts.

NOISE BYLAW WAIVER PUBLIC HEARING
Presentation and possible vote on the request from WISE Construction for a Noise Bylaw Waiver for internal construction work and deliveries being done at 1285 Beacon Street from September 27, 2023 through February 2, 2024 between the hours of 5 AM - 9 PM Monday - Saturday.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Presentation from the Planning Department and discussion of the Comprehensive Plan Request for Proposals.
DAVIS PATH FOOTBRIDGE CONCEPT DESIGN, FUNDING APPLICATION, AND CONTRACT AMENDMENT
Presentation and possible vote endorsing the Davis Path Footbridge Concept Design as presented by Department of Public Works.
Question of authorizing the Select Board Chair and/or Town Administrator to provide a letter of support for the USDOT Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods Construction Funding project.
Question of approving Contract Amendment 1 for Final Designing/Permitting and construction grant writing with WSP USA, INC. in the amount of $1,391,595.
