GRANT OF LOCATION - BEACON STREET - PUBLIC HEARING

Question of approving a Grant of Location request from Crown Castle NG East, and Verizon New England Inc. lay and maintain underground conduits, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the surface of the following public way or ways:

Beacon Street:

 

Place one new four-inch (4”) conduit approximately 74’ northeasterly from existing manhole, MH63 which is situated on the southerly side of Beacon Street to an existing handhole located on the southerly side of Beacon Street.

COMMON VICTUALLER /ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE

 

 

 

 

Question of approving the application of a Common Victualler for Vic International LLC d/b/a Kyo Matcha at 1010 Beacon Street.

 

Hours of operation will be Mon-Thu 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM; Fri – Sun 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM.  Seating will consist of 13 inside 31 outside. 

 

Question of approving the application of an Entertainment for Vic International LLC d/b/a Kyo Matcha at 1010 Beacon Street. 

Hours of operation will Monday – Sunday 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM.     Entertainment will consist of Radio.

Question of approving the application of a Common Victualler for Zaa'Tar Mediterranean Cuisine LLC at 10 Cypress Street DBA Zaa'Tar.

 

Hours of operation will be Monday – Saturday 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM; Sunday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  Seating will consist of 18.

to Proposed Alcohol Hours Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM Sunday 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

Question of approving the application for a new Lodging House of College Residence Halls at 400 Heath Street to the Trustee Of Boston College d/b/a Boston College,. formerly Pine Manor College. This location has four buildings and a total of 337 rooms.
