Question of approving contract PW/23-22 "Epoxy Lining of Sewer Manholes" with National Water Main Cleaning Company, in the amount of $1,084,670.00 for work on sewer manholes.
Question of approving and submitting to the Advisory Committee a Reserve Fund Transfer request from Chief Sullivan for $20,000 to cover expenses related to the FY24 Oasis Plan as follows:

Question of approving the contract between Policy Confluence, Inc. and the Town of Brookline for the National Community Survey (formerly National Citizen Survey) in the amount of $31,000.
Question of approving a Grant of Location request from Eversource Energy to provide electric service to 224 Sargent Road. Eversource is proposing to run new conduit in Warren Street southeasterly from existing pole 9/35 approximately 440 feet southwest of Sargent Road a distance of about 40 feet to 224 Sargent Road.

Discussion and follow up on the Select Board's summer workshop including the future workshop scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2023.
