Guide to Virtual Public Hearings for Applicants/Public
This Planning Board meeting is being noticed as required by law, since a quorum of the Planning Board may be present at the Zoning Board of Appeals virtual public hearing on an application for a Comprehensive Permit. The application has been submitted to the Town by CH REALTY VENTURES LLC in accordance with M.G.L c.40B to construct a 6-story residential development comprised of 96 apartment units (25% affordable at 80% Area Median Income), 67 garage parking spaces, three at-grade parking spaces, and 52 bicycle parking spaces on a 29,540 SF lot located at 621 & 615 Hammond Street; 8, 14, & 18 Sheafe Street; 545 Heath Street in the M-1.0 and G-1.0 Zoning Districts [Precinct 15].
The Planning Board may choose to make a recommendation to the Board of Appeals on this project.
