In accordance with the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, Chapter 30A, Sections 18 to 25 of the General Laws, you are hereby notified that the Brookline Retirement Board will hold a virtual meeting, open to the public, on November 20, 2023 at 10:20 A.M. in the Ground Floor Conference Room, 11 Pierce Street, Brookline MA 02445. Pursuant to Section 40 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023. Members of the public are invited to access the meeting remotely through Zoom or by telephone (links via town website)

5. Approve prior months (Oct) minutes, pension payroll, refunds, transfers and expenses
6. Discussion of topics not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting.

The Board reserves the right to consider items on the agenda out of order. The listing of matters is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.  Items identified for discussion in Executive Session may be conducted in open session, in addition to or in lieu of discussion in Executive Session.
