Question of whether the Board of Selectmen shall enter into Executive Session for the purposes described in items 2 and 3 below.

Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy with respect to certain matters pending at the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Question of accepting a grant in the amount of $44,882.40 from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health to be used for the continued improvement of the Brookline Police Department’s Crisis Intervention Team/Jail Diversion efforts.
Question of approving two (2) Change Orders to the contract with Shawmut Design and Construction in connection with the Renovations and Additions to the Edward Devotion School as follows:
Change Order #10, an increase in the amount of $94,203.00.
Change Order #11, a decrease in the amount of $15,409.00.
