6:40 PM          186 Laurel Road – Application for the partial demolition of the house (Gerard Welch, applicant).

PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

 

7:00 PM          43 Abbottsford Road (Graffam-McKay LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove one ac condenser on west side of house along driveway and install three new ac condensers and a 48" high wood lattice screen; replace existing kitchen hood exhaust vent cap with new 10 3/4" x 10 1/4" vent cap for 8" diameter vent pipe painted to match the siding and install a 6" x 6" louvered vent cap for bathroom vent; install an 8" x 8" painted metal vent cap for attic at existing opening in gable end wall for HVAC unit air intake (all on west elevation); remove whole house fan metal louvers in gable of north elevation and infill with siding to match existing; install an 8" x 8" painted metal vent cap for attic HVAC unit existing (John and Elizabeth Dowd, applicants).

 

7:20 PM          100 Walnut Place (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to regrade rear yard and relocate existing stone wall and steps (David and Carrie Worn, applicants).

 

7:40 PM          15 Cumberland Avenue (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace non-historic addition at the northeast corner of the house with a new two-story addition; replace existing window with door to accommodate new addition; close exterior basement stairs and remove two windows and install two doors at rear; construct a dormer at rear; remove sliding glass doors at basement and install garage door; install new roof vents at rear (Anthony and Linda Johnson, applicants).

 

8:10 PM          14 Allerton Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Retroactive Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal and replacement of the wood clapboards and trim at the garage (Christopher Wilmott, applicant).
