6:40 PM          210 Walnut Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install egress windows in the basement, construct window wells, replace the front door, install a bulkhead door, install a new fence along Walnut Place, replace a small section of an existing fence, to relocate one section of an existing fence, and install a new HVAC condenser (Caroline and Creighton Page, applicants).

7:00 PM          11 Copley Street (Crowninshield LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to reconstruct roof deck railings to bring up to building code (Robert Pease and Carol Wingard, applicants).
