Question of authorizing the Chair to execute a contract with Wendy Frontiero to undertake a neighborhood survey of cultural and architectural resources in Greater Aspinwall Hill in the amount of $20,000, all of which will be funded by a Survey and Planning Grant awarded to the Town by the Massachusetts Historical Commission.

Public Hearing on the application of Abbey LLC d/b/a The Abbey, Damian Dowling, Manager, for a Transfer of Liquor License from Dalia’s d/b/a The Abbey, holder of a Seven-Day All Kinds Alcoholic Beverages/Common Victualler’s License, at 1657 Beacon Street. Current seating capacity is 32 and will remain the same. Proposed Alcohol Service/Operating Hours are Monday-Sunday 11am. -1:30am. Current Alcohol Service/Operating Hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-2am and Sunday 12pm-2am.
