PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

6:40 PM          43 Abbotsford Road (Graffam-McKay LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a dryer vent cap at the porch roof shingle end wall (John and Elizabeth Dowd, applicants).

6:50 PM          138 High Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Retroactive Certificate of Appropriateness for an installed black wrought iron fence along the front property line, copper downspouts, replacement windows on the side of the house, and French doors on the side of the house (Diarmuid O’Neill, applicant).

7:10 PM          77 Norfolk Road (Chestnut Hill North LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to convert the northeast entrance into the main entrance of the house by altering the porch and doors on the north elevation, alter the kitchen window, and replace the kitchen entrance door with French doors (David and Mariela Koenig, applicants).

8:10 PM          132 Coolidge Street – Request to lift the stay of partial demolition of the house (Adi and Gidon Lissai, applicants).
