The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hearing on an application for a Comprehensive Permit

submitted to the Town of Brookline by The Coolidge Residences of Brookline, LLC, in

accordance with M.G.L c.40B, to construct 299 rental units in a one 12 story building with 333

parking spaces at 8-10 Waldo Street, 10-18 Pleasant Street and 16 John Street, Brookline,

MA. (Precinct 8)
