Question of approving and executing a contract in the amount of $300,000.00 with Weston and Sampson for Landscape Architecture and Engineering Consultant Services in connection to the renovation and reconstruction of Cypress Playground and Athletic Field.
Question of approving the contract and authorizing the Chair to sign the Brookline Reservoir Gatehouse Grant Contract agreement related to the Massachusetts Historical Commission and the Massachusetts Preservation Planning Fund (MPPF).
Question of accepting a rebate check in the amount of $10,499.20 from National Grid for energy conservation efforts associated with the Coolidge Corner School Renovation Project. The monies will be deposited into account 2500SP19 6E0014 - Energy Conservation.
Question of approving and authorizing the Chair to execute two agreements between the Town and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation for the Gateway East project:
• A Revised Non-Participating Work Agreement
• A Municipal Project Agreement

Question of approving and executing contract PW/19-17 “Harry Downes Field Landscape Improvements” with Heimlich Landscaping and Construction Co., Inc. of Woburn, MA in the amount of $2,011,889.00.
Question of granting a Temporary All Kinds Alcoholic Beverages Non-Sales License to Larz Anderson Auto Museum at 15 Newton Street for an Employee Appreciation Party to be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 5:30pm-8:30pm.
