Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the application of Nong Ying Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Kosher Wok, Weinong Lin, President, for a Common Victualler License with Entertainment (Radio, Taped Music, and Television) at 423 Harvard Street. Proposed seating capacity is 32 inside. Proposed Hours of Operation are Monday-Thursday 11:00am-9:30pm, Friday 11:00am-2:45pm, Saturday Closed and Sunday 12:00pm-9:30pm.
