ZONING AMENDMENT WARRANT ARTICLE - SPRING 2019 TOWN MEETING
Article 13 – WALDO-DURGIN OVERLAY DISTRICT
Discussion and recommendation on a proposed zoning amendment to the Brookline Zoning By-Law and Zoning Map to establish and accommodate a Waldo-Durgin Overlay District, including properties with Tax Parcel Identifications 045-02-01 (10 Waldo Street), 045-11-00 (16 John Street), 045-01-00 (5 Waldo Street and 12-18 Pleasant Street); all of Waldo Street; and portions of John and Pleasant Streets. The proposed amendment would also adjust the zoning boundary so the entirety of all parcels within the Waldo-Durgin Overlay District are zoned G-1.75 (CC). (Submitted by Select Board member Neil Wishinsky on behalf of the Coolidge Corner Study Committee and other residents)
