PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

6:45 PM          138 High Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Continuation of an application for a Retroactive Certificate of Appropriateness for an installed black wrought iron fence along the front property line, copper downspouts, replacement window on the left side of the house, and French doors and windows on the right side of the house (Diarmuid O’Neill, applicant).

7:10 PM          36 Upland Road (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for the installation of an AC condenser and fence to screen the condenser on the northeast side of the house. (Chris Fox and Olivia Fischer, applicants).

7:30 PM          75 Crowninshield Road (Crowninshield LHD) – Application for the installation of new railings, fencing, gutters, bluestone stair treads, and lattice skirt around open rear porch. (Barbara and Edward Boches, applicants)
