EXECUTIVE SESSION - REAL PROPERTY

 

 

 

Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of considering the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property at 12-18 Pleasant St., 5-10 Waldo St., 16 John St in Brookline if the Chair declares that an opening meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

Proposed Executive Session for purpose of considering the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property at Newbury College if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.  Joint meeting with the Newbury College Acquisition Advisory Committee.

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Brookline Avenue – conduit northwesterly from MH 28358 near the intersection with Washington Street a distance of about 30 feet to One Brookline Place

Public Hearing on the petition upon the petition of NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Lenox Street – conduit easterly from MH 4059 at the intersection with Essex Street a distance of about 413 feet to 10 Lenox Street

Question of approving the application for an All Kinds Common Victualler / Entertainment for The Trustees of Boston University d/b/a Boston University – WBUR to be held at 890 Commonwealth Ave with 270 inside seats.  Hours will be Sunday –Saturday 5:00PM – 9:00PM.  Manager will be Joseph LaChance.

PLEDGE OF COLLATERAL / ALTERNATE MANAGER

 

 

 

Question of approving the application for Pledge of Collateral and appointment of alternate managers for J&Z Food Corp d/b/a Six Po Hot Pot to be held at 1353 Beacon Street.  Alternate managers are Yuzhu “Jessica” Jiang and Zhongshu “Lily” Zhao.

CHANGE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST/ CHANGE OF MANAGER/ ALTENATE MANAGER

 

 

 

Public Hearing on the application for Change of Beneficial Interest / Change of Manager / Alternate Manager for Barcelona Brookline LLC d/b/a Barcelona a holder of an All Kinds Common Victualler.  Manager of record will be Emilio A. Garcia.  Alternate manager will be Jonathan T Rizzo. A request will be made to continue this public hearing on April 23, 2019.
