Question of whether the Select Board shall enter into Executive Session for the purposes described in Agenda items 2 and 3. below.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - REAL PROPERTY

 

 

 

Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of considering the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property at 12-18 Pleasant St., 5-10 Waldo St., 16 John St in Brookline if the Chair declares that an opening meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - NONUNION PERSONNEL

 

 

 

Proposed Executive Session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. CHANGE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST/CHANGE OF MANAGER/ALTERNATE MANAGER

Public Hearing continued on the application for Change of Beneficial Interest / Change of Manager / Alternate Manager for Barcelona Brookline LLC d/b/a Barcelona a holder of an All Kinds Common Victualler.  Manager of record will be Emilio A. Garcia.  Alternate manager will be Jonathan T Rizzo. This item was continued from the April 16, 2019 hearing.

LIQUOR LICENSE ALL KINDS COMMON VICTUALLER - NEW

 

 

Approximately 8:00 PM

Public Hearing on the application for a New All Alcoholic Beverages License to Expose, Keep for Sale and To Sell All Kinds of Alcoholic Beverages to Be Drunk on the Premises as a Seven Day Common Victualler, for 1032 Beacon Corp. d/b/a The Bea at 1032 Beacon Street, Brookline, Massachusetts. Manager will be Cameron DuBois . Proposed seating capacity is 122 (in) and 48 (out) and occupancy is 170. Proposed Operating Hours are Monday – Sunday 8:00am-1:00am and proposed alcoholic beverage service hours are Monday – Sunday 10:00am-1:00am. Entertainment will consist on record music and radio.

NEW COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE/ENTERTAINMENT

 

 

 

Question of approving the application of a New Common Victualler (no alcohol) and Entertainment license for Krajangsart Corp D/B/A Rod D by Sitti, 1422-1424 Beacon Street.  This will be replacing the current Rod Dee.  Manager will be Sittithep Krajangsart.  Hours of operation will be Monday-Sunday: 11:00am-11:00pm.  Seating will consist of 16 seats.  Entertainment will be radio and televisions.  Hours of operation for the current Rod Dee is Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm, Friday – Saturday 11:00am – 10:30pm and Sunday 12:00pm – 10:00pm.

CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

 

 

Approximately 8:00 PM

Public Hearing on the application of the Beta Two Group, LLC d/b/a Regal Beagle, 308 Harvard Street for approval of management agreement with M&L Hospitality LLC.  Manager will be Meghan Murphy. Alternate Manager will be Luke Hayden.
