Town of Brookline et, al, Civil Action 1:15 CV-13987-GAO, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

Question of authorizing the Select Board to enter into a contract with GreenPlay LLC in the amount of $79,995 for Consultant Services for an Athletic Field Needs Assessment and Master Plan.

   a). Request for authorization to use the BAA Recreation   Expendable Trust Fund 6300TR02 524010 for this project.

Harvard Street – conduit westerly from Longwood Avenue a distance of about 50 feet to existing MH3600

Washington Street – conduit northwesterly and northerly from existing MH14892 approximately 35 feet west of Walnut Street a distance of about 55 feet to a new manhole and conduit easterly and northerly from the new manhole a distance of about 87 feet to 10 Brookline Place

3.      Public Hearing upon the petition of Verizon New England, Inc. for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Jenness Road – conduit northeasterly from existing pole 278/2 on the easterly side approximately 200 feet from Summit Avenue a distance of about 10 feet to an existing handhole

Public Hearing on approving the application for Vittorio’s Grill and Kitchen LLC d/b/a Vittorio’s Grill and Kitchen.  Nissim Benshabbat, Manager, has applied for a New All Alcoholic Beverages License to Expose, Keep for Sale, and To Sell All Kinds of Alcoholic Beverages to Be Drunk on the Premises at 1398 Beacon Street, with a seating capacity of 16 seats.  Proposed Operating Hours for sales of alcoholic beverages are Sunday through Thursday 12:00P.M. to 9:00P.M.
