Question on whether the Board shall enter into a Joint Executive Session with the Newbury College Acquisition Advisory Committee for the purpose to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - REAL PROPERTY

 

 

 

Proposed Executive Session for purpose of considering the purchase, exchange, lease or value of the real property of Newbury College located at 110, 117, 124 and 150 Fisher Avenue, 124 and 125 Holland Avenue, and 146 Hyslop Road, Brookline, Massachusetts, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
