11. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
(Purpose 1): to review and possibly take remedial action regarding an Open Meeting Law Complaint received on or about July 18, 2019 pursuant to the exemption to discuss complaints or charges brought against a public officer (G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(1)).
(Purpose 3): to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educational Secretaries Association (BESA) and with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU), Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
(Purpose 7): to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
June 19, 2019; July 9, 2019; July 18, 2019; July 22, 2019; and August 1, 2019.
