8. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
(Purpose 3): to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educational Secretaries Association (BESA) and with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU), Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
(Purpose 7): to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
February 14, 2019; March 14, 2019; March 28, 2019; May 14, 2019; May 29, 2019; June 6, 2019; and September 12, 2019.
(Purpose 2) to conduct a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel and to engage in contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, specifically the interim superintendent of schools.
