2. Open Session: Motion to go into Executive Session Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30a Section 21 (A) for the Following Purpose:
Purpose (1): To review and possibly take remedial action regarding an Open Meeting Law Complaint received on or about September 27, 2019 and an Open Meeting Law Complaint received on or about July 18, 2019, pursuant to the exemption to discuss complaints or charges brought against a public officer (G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(1)).
Executive Session Agenda: Meeting, Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30a, Section 21 (A)

(Purpose 7): to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
October 4, 2018; October 18, 2018; October 25, 2018; November 8, 2018; September 26, 2019; and October 2, 2019.
