9. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
(Purpose 3): to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU), Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
(Purpose 7): to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
July 9, 2018; August 7, 2018; August 22, 2018; September 13, 2018; September 20, 2018; October 10, 2019; and October 17, 2019.
