5. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
For Purpose 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (non-aligned personnel).
For Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU), Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
