5. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
For Purpose 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (non-aligned personnel).
Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU), Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), AFL-CIO, Council 93, Local 1358, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
Purpose 7, to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
March 16, 2020 and March 19, 2020.
