5. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
Purpose 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (non-aligned personnel).
Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU) (Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals), if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
Purpose 6, to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body (Temple Ohabei Shalom, 1187 Beacon Street, Brookline, Massachusetts; Maimonides School, 2 Clark Road, Brookline, Massachusetts; and Temple Emeth, 194 Grove Street, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts).
Purpose 7, to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings: June 4, 2020 and June 11, 2020.
