Application to Modify a Comprehensive Permit (40B) granted in 2017 construct a 6-story mixed-use building with 45 age-restricted residential units, ground floor retail and 66 underground garage parking spaces. (Precinct 15, Zoning G-1.0) 

Proposal: Add 2,971 sf land area (from purchase of an abutting parcel), add 8,026 sf building area, add 5 residential units, add 1,736 sf retail area, add 11 parking spaces (self-park ramped subgrade garage)
