Question of approving the minutes of September 3, 2019.
Question of approving and executing the following documents related to the construction of the new Brookline High School Expansion located at 111 Cypress Street as well as certain improvements to the MBTA Brookline Hills Station:
• License for Entry: MBTA – 16043A granting access onto MBTA property
• Easement Agreement between MBTA and Town of Brookline
• Escrow Agreement between the MBTA, the Town of Brookline and the prospective escrow agent: Sherin and Lodgen LLP, to hold the Easement Agreement in escrow during construction
• Amendment to 1976 Parking Agreement removing Brookline Hills Station from the 1976 Agreement
Question of approving a contract with WES Construction Corp, Halifax Mass, in the amount of $340,000.00 for insulation upgrades at the Coolidge Corner School.
Question of approving a contract with Enterprise Equipment Co., Inc., Weymouth MA, in the amount of $107,800.00 for HVAC Upgrades at the Coolidge Corner School.
Question of granting a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages License to Pine Manor College to be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 for a Wedding from 3:00PM – 8:00PM at 400 Heath Street.
Question of granting a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages License to First Parish of Brookline to be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 for a Wedding from 3:00PM- 9:00PM at 382 Walnut Street.
Question of granting a Temporary Wine and Malt Beverages License to W2K, LLC to be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 for a Gallery Event from 7:00PM – 11:00PM at 1404A Beacon Street.
