Question of approving and executing the following documents related to the construction of the new Brookline High School Expansion located at 111 Cypress Street as well as certain improvements to the MBTA Brookline Hills Station:

• License for Entry: MBTA – 16043A granting access onto MBTA property

• Easement Agreement between MBTA and Town of Brookline

• Escrow Agreement between the MBTA, the Town of Brookline and the prospective escrow agent: Sherin and Lodgen LLP, to hold the Easement Agreement in escrow during construction

• Amendment to 1976 Parking Agreement removing Brookline Hills Station from the 1976 Agreement

• Conditional Assignment of MBTA Station Improvements Permits
