Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of accepting a Tree Mitigation Payment in the amount of $42,750 from Boston Children’s Hospital in compliance with the Special Permit governing the Brookline Place Redevelopment Project.

Question of accepting an FY20/FY21 Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program (MVP) Action Grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the amount of $112,500 to be used towards the development of an Urban Forest Climate Resiliency Master Plan and vote to authorize the Town Administrator to sign and enter into associated contracts and agreements for said project on behalf of the Town.

BROOKLINE HOUSING AUTHORITY PRESERVATION INITIATIVE REQUEST

 

 

 

 

Roger Blood, Chair, Housing Advisory Board, and Patrick Dober, Executive Director, Brookline Housing Authority, will appear before the Board to request continued support for the BHA Preservation Initiative including a preliminary commitment of 1.35 million dollars from the Home and Housing Trust Fund for the redevelopment of 90 Longwood Avenue and waive of building permit fees for all BHA redevelopment projects.
