Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of considering the purchase, exchange, lease or value of the real property of Newbury College located at 110,117, 124, and 150 Fisher Avenue, 124 and 125 Holland Avenue, and 146 Hyslop Road, Brookline, Massachusetts, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the Select Board minutes from January 21, 2020.

Question of approving Extra Work Order No. 10 in the amount of $120,000 for D'Allessandro Corporation, Contract No. PW/14-19 "Rental Rates for Snow Plowing and Ice Control".

Question of approving Contract PW/20-20 for “Engineering Services Agreement - Rehabilitation of Washington Street” with Worldtech Engineering LLC in the amount of $94,500.


6.D.

Question of accepting the FY2020 Student Awareness of Fire Education (S.A.F.E.) and Senior SAFE grants in the following amounts:

$6,963 for the S.A.F.E grant

$2,930 for the Senior SAFE grant

Question of accepting a grant from FFY19 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) in the amount of $140,000 to fund salary and some associated costs for a newly created position, Deputy Director of Emergency Management.

Question of approving the application for a change in D/B/A from Catering To You d/b/a Catering to You at 210 Harvard Street to Catering to Events, d/b/a/ Catering To Events, 210 Harvard Street. Catering To You is a holder of a Food Vendor License.
