Question of filing a Notice of Election with the Town Clerk pursuant to M.G.L. c. 41, s. 10 regarding the following Town Meeting member vacancies:

Precinct 2:       One Town Meeting Member - One Year Term

Precinct 3:       One Town Meeting Member – One Year Term

Precinct 6:       One Town Meeting Member – One Year Term
Precinct 6:       One Town Meeting Member - Two Year Term

Precinct 10:     One Town Meeting Member – One Year Term

Precinct 11:     Two Town Meeting Members – One Year Terms

Precinct 13:     One Town Meeting Member – Two Year Term

Precinct 14:     One Town Meeting Member – Two Year Term

The Select Board is meeting on an emergency basis due to unforeseen circumstances requiring that it act within relevant deadlines that do not permit the standard posting requirements.
