Select Board to announce recent and/or upcoming Events of Community Interest.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Advance registration is available by calling the Select Board’s office at 617-730-2202 or by e-mail at kmacgillivray@brooklinema.gov. Question of approving a request for reimbursement of Chapter 90 funding from MassDOT in the amount of $525,028.60 for the Babcock Street reconstruction project (PW/18-25).

Question of approving and executing Contract No. PW/19-24 "Material Storage Bin Roofs" in the amount of $179,986.00 with Iron Horse Structures, Inc., North Eastham MA.

Discussion and possible action on delaying or modifying the Annual Town Election and the Annual Town Meeting.
