EXECUTIVE SESSION - LITIGATION



To discuss strategy with respect to the following litigation: Amy Hall v. Town of Brookline, CSC Case No. D-12-209 if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the revised Noise Bylaw Waiver for the installation of a test well as part of construction on the Michael Driscoll School on May 2-4.

Question of approving the following contract for the Harry Downes Field House Renovation to Vintage Properties Inc. in the amount of $260,799.

Question of approving the Brookline High School Expansion project Amendment No. 16 for Willian Rawn Associates for the Additional 3rd floor and Geotech design services in the amount of $83,220.

Question of voting to approve a Substantial Amendment to the Town’s FY 2020 (FFY19) Annual Action Plan for the use of CDBG – CV funds, as follows:

Family Aid        $10,000.00      Funds for subsistence needs and sanitization

Food Security - Funding for food inventory and delivery

Senior Center    $39,337.00   Food delivery program for seniors

Food Pantry    $160,663.00   Food pantry -- on-site and delivery

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Question of authorizing the Chair or his designee to execute standard forms SF- 424 and 424D, which serve as an application for federal discretionary programs, and required certifications.

ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION



Question of approving the revised hours for the Annual Town Election on June 9th from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. to 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. to accommodate for training and cleaning related to COVID-19.



Question of approving the revised Town Election Warrant.
