ANNUAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT ARTICLES JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE PLANNING BOARD
Public Hearing and possible vote on the following warrant articles for the 2020 Annual Town Meeting:
Articles 9-15 Newbury College Land Use & Land Acquisition
GRANT OF LOCATION PUBLIC HEARING - 791 HAMMOND
Public hearing on the petition of NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:
Hammond Street – conduit running southerly from manhole 19808 on the westerly side approximately 245 feet west of Woodland Road a distance of about 5 feet thence turning and running westerly a distance of about 5 feet to 791 Hammond Street.
GRANT OF LOCATION PUBLIC HEARING - CYPRESS & BRINGTON
Cypress Street – at Boylston Street thence running northwesterly 115 feet from existing manhole MH#4677 to Brington Road installing approximately 100 feet of conduit (MassDOT portion 15 feet from manhole).
Brington Road – at Cypress Street install one new manhole MH#30929 thence running westerly approximately 68 feet of conduit to the point of pick up.
