The agenda will include the following:
5:30 PM-6:00 PM
1) Review/Approval of the Minutes of the May 11, 2020 Policy Review Subcommittee Meeting
2) Discussion of Draft Policy on Public Comment at School Committee Meetings 6:00 PM-7:00 PM
3) Presentation on School Site Councils by Glenn Koocher, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Association of School Committees (MASC), with an opportunity for questions and answers.
4) Discussion of whether to recommend changes to the current PSB School Site Council Policy, with public input.*

* Members of the public, including School Site Council Members, are welcome to send written comments on the current PSB School Site Council Policy to school_committee@psbma.org Written comments will be shared with all Policy Review Subcommittee members. Members of the public, including Site Council Members, will also be able to use the Chat function during the meeting to provide comment on the current PSB School Site Policy. If you would like to provide comment during the meeting, please email school_committee@psbma.org by noon on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. After signing up, you will receive an email with additional information on how to provide comment during the meeting.
