 7:00 PM Advisory Committee Public Hearing
1. Special Town Meeting, Article 1: To see if Town Meeting will petition the General Court for a special act providing all acts and proceedings taken by the town at its annual town meeting held by video conference and special town meeting held by video conference are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the said annual and special two meeting had been held in full compliance with the law.

7:10 PM Advisory Committee Meeting
1. Further discussion and possible vote on WA 5 (Unpaid Bills)
2. Discussion and possible vote on WA 8, including conditions of appropriations (FY 21 Operating budget and Special Appropriations/CIP)

The public is invited to attend and public comment is welcome only during the public hearing portion of the meeting only.  The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee.
Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
